As far as I remember, they feed the sharks at 11:00AM or so... I should check with some friends working in the Underwater Observatory Park in Eilat...
Though I think the feeding activity is more interesting at my lab's M. greshakii aquarium... they're messier then sharks, and never do they allow a kid to pass near them without splashing some water on him...
