Professional vegetable and tree grower with aquaculture experience; teaching these subjects at Hawaii Community College and UH Aquaculture Extension. Attended UVI aquaponcs program 2003.
Primarily working with small sustainable farming systems.
Co-Author of book entitled Putting Food On The Table-Growing Vegetables In American Samoa.
What are your interests related to aquaculture?
Simplified and uncomplicated aquaponics growing systems for the small community farmer. Teaching good folks methods of growing high quality produce and aquatic species with reduced off-farm imputs and minium labor.
