Develop a Scaleable Standardized Alga Production Plant, integrated with a WTE Platform or Industrial Plant utilizing carbon-capture, CO2, Power, Heating & Cooling in support of the Alga Platform. The integrated Plants producing a zero-carbon footprint, Effluents & Gases from both Plants in support of intensive truck-farming and Mariculture; a "Polyculture System."
