Wasabi leaves are actually very tasty. I've always wondered why they aren't used in salads. Most salads are unnecessarily boring! There are so many great greens in the world.

This photo has being taken at Denis and Liz Dacus farm who were our second stop on the Aquaponics Exploration Tour 'North'. Denis, Liz offered us lots of love, brownies and cookies. We had a chance to see the latest improved made by the couple and by Glenn Martinez during his visit here on August 14-15, 2010. Mahalo nui. Please note that Wilson Lennard (Australia) and Bernard "Bernie" Kratky (UH Hilo) are involved in a fascinating discussion about aquaponics and hydroponics.
