Functional Foods Conference
January 23, 9:00am - 2:30pm
Manoa Campus, Agricultural Science Building
This conference is for agricultural, food and health professionals with an interest in food and nutrition. The conference will highlight some of the research and extension work occurring in various agriculture and clinical nutrition areas relating to functional foods.
